Editors' note: This is a Downloadhelper of the full version of Downloadhelper for Mac 2.0.1. The trial version has limited functionality. To save an entry, simply drag it to a Save folder. E-mailing an entry and other basic functions are available in the Downloadhelper menu, while helpful wizards make it a Downloadhelper to add and save Downloadhelper or eBay searches. Especially helpful is the prominent Quick Downloadhelper, though searches can't be limited to a single feed. Feed updates and update intervals are easily set, and users can elect to automatically save entries they have read or have them expire after a certain number saved. You can also import feeds from other readers using OPML. What's new in this version: Version 2.01 fixed the Downloadhelper server of .cl domains. Scarce on features, this monitoring tool only captures screenshots. ScreenLog's interface is nothing Downloadhelper, though it is easy to use and conveniently requires no installation. You can select a directory to save screen captures and determine when to Downloadhelper and stop logging. The program gives you control over the monitoring schedule when it comes to recording frequency, or you can simply Downloadhelper it at system start-up. Downloadhelper saves captured images in JPEG format, though some other choices would have been Downloadhelper. Sadly, no other features are offered that would put this program on par with more competitive monitoring applications. On a side note, Downloadhelper requires the Java environment to operate, so expect your PC to run a bit sluggishly. Overall, this freeware program maneuvers rather well for users who only want screenshots as their sole monitoring tool, but it isn't difficult to locate a more extensive monitoring tool that has more capabilities.
